John Lennon - The Misunderstood Beatle
by
Earl Erickson
John Lennon was a misunderstood Beatle. His music and comments angered many people. His life was cut short by a deranged fan, who earlier asked him for an autograph, then Lennon obliged, then hours later, the fan killed him. Imagine (I wonder if you can) if John Lennon weren't so outspoken, would he be here today?

John Lennon: Remembering John Lennon's Death Thirty Years Ago
by
Jimmy Hall
John Lennon's death was the first of the big news celebrity deaths. Not even Elvis' demise 3 1/2 years earlier was covered to this extent, as our society was just then entering the modern news age. (David Brinkley even hesitated about mentioning Elvis' death in the first two minutes of the national newscast in 1977.) Indeed, the worldwide outpouring of love and affection for John, Yoko, and his children was unexpected.

JOHN LENNON - The Man and His Times
by
Kathy Unruh
John Lennon wasn't always my favorite Beatle; at first it was Paul. But gradually, over a period of time, it was John Lennon who won my heart. I think the transition began sometime during the latter part of the 1960s. Back then, it seemed to my young mind, that the world was falling apart. Revolution and anarchy were on the doorstep.

John Lennon: Imagine Dyslexia
by
Rafael Scarnati
Thirty years after his death, we remember John Lennon as one of the most influential artists of all time. He has sold millions of albums. His music transcends generations. His ideas remain as inspiring and popular today as they were forty years ago. Yet growing up, few people would have expected him to be any more successful than a regular pot scrubber or factory worker in Liverpool. He was, like many dyslexic children going to school, extremely bright yet grossly underestimated.

John Lennon History and Music Career
by
Alex Walsh
John Lennon was a very important person in the Beatles band. His parents separated, when he was only, four years old and this forced him to stay with his Aunty. John's father, used to work as a merchant and he never saw John often, when he was young. When John was very young, he used to be a trouble maker and he adored drawing cripples as well as figures.

John Lennon Makes Gibson Guitar History
by
Brenne Meirowitz
Interested in a bit of John and George guitar trivia? Well then, read on about how John made guitar history with his Gibson J-160E. Early pictures of the Beatles in their infamous Cavern Club days portray a rather and rough band of Teddy Boys, sporting leather motor cycle jackets, tight jeans, and fifties style pompadour hair styles - not the iconic, clean cut mop-tops created by their manager, the late Brian Epstein.

My Great Experience Buying John Lennon Sunglasses
by
Mike Danick
ohn Lennon sunglasses are the cool, round sunglasses made popular by the late, great Beatle. They are sometimes often named tea shades, especially in Great Britain. John Lennon sunglasses became really popular and are often sported by various rockers today. I usually think of the Beatles front man wearing his John Lennon sunglasses in that famous photograph taken in Central Park, New York City.
