Dakota Johnson

by
Alice Lane
Neighbors in Skunk Hollow, North Dakota, were astounded when Jon Myth began dumping loads of white sand in his backyard. "Didn't have a clue as to what he was doing," stated Joan Streat. Jon hauled in a total of twenty dump truck loads of sand before he began to create his dream. What was Jon's dream?

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, known as CMS for short, is a federal agency in the United States Department of Health and Human Services that works with state governments to administer Medicaid, Medicare, health insurance portability standards and the State Children's Health Insurance Program. They have other responsibilities too, such as ensuring long-term care facility quality, clinical laboratory quality standards, and simplifying the administrative aspects of HIPPA 1996.

If You Are Looking for Leeches, Skip the Pond, Go to Your Credit Card Company
by
Ed Bagley
Two seemingly unrelated stories caught my attention yesterday. One was about corporations stockpiling cash and the other was about consumer savings rates, which moved into negative territory for the first time according to the U. S. Commerce Department. American corporations are doing well at the moment while the consumers that feed them profits are saving zero dollars and paying high interest rates. Credit card companies have no legal limits on what they can charge for interest and fees.

Finding Pheasants in Thick Cover
by
Jim Newcomb
Pheasant hunting is not for the cold natured. My favorite Ringneck hunting is 20 degrees and in about 4 - 6" of snow. You must be willing to bear the elements. The coldest weather I've ever hunted Ringnecks in were 10 degrees and a forty mile an hour wind. That will make even the hardiest of us shiver, and as the temperature plunges your stamina pushes you on.
