Time Changes Everything - Why Do We Resist Change So Much? "I've Always Done it That Way"
by
Lorraine Arams
The answer to this dilemma is very easy - we see more pain in change than we do in staying in a rut - better the pain we know then the pain we don't know! What we don't realize is that there is reward in change! Think about it - let's say as a baby you made the decision, "I'm not changing a thing..."

Having a Time Change in the Middle of Flu Season - Not Wise
by
Lance Winslow
Have you ever noticed that during a time change, your sleeping cycle gets slightly off, and you are tired for a few days until you adjust? Sometimes, it can take weeks to get back into the swing of things because the sun goes down at a certain time, and comes up at a certain time, but then everything is switched. When people don't get enough sleep it affects their mood, but it also affects their bio-system, bio-rythms, and this includes their circadian rhythm.

3-11 Time Change or 911 Style Cyber Attack?
by
Lance Winslow
As he took a sip from his paper bag, obviously alcohol from his breath he admitted to being part of a secret government covert group working inside the United States. He said on March 11, 2007 there would be an attack much like 9/11. He said it would occur on the day of the 3-11 on the day of the time change and it would be a 9/11 style cyber attack.

Time Change - I Would Give Up a Number of Holidays for This
by
Cindy Breninger
My son and I, on the other hand, are not morning people. We wake up after hitting the snooze button several times, walk down the hallway with our eyes closed, fumble around the kitchen rooting for something to eat, complain that it is too early, and then sit on the couch hoping to sleep for 10 more minutes. Oh, what I wouldn't do for an extra hour every morning.

Changing Times, Changing Ways
by
Heidi Cornelissen
As you've probably experienced in your own life, any major change you encounter usually results in some form of personal growth or self development. A benefit of living consciously as a human being is the ability (which becomes a habit) to look at things from a "learning" perspective and a desire to understand reasons behind experiences.

Introducing Real-Time Changes in the Representational Reality
by
Henry M. Piironen
What is history but different phases that as a process of cumulative causalities combine and lead to the emergence of the future? The alterations in the cultural continuums can be analogously perceived with the cosmos, since the different causal phases in the space-time continuum of the universe of atoms is in its perhaps unending flux all around us, having such modern entities as solar systems, planets, asteroids, and so on, independent on how we think of them whose combined atomic structures are never in a state of constancy. The real-time shifts that combine the future of the atomic universe are...

Time Changes How Meaningful Things Are
by
Sue Becker
I was recently reminded of how, over time, the significance of our possessions can change as I was helping a client clean out her basement. As I helped my client go through the boxes and piles, she had a variety of reactions to what was inside: from "Oh, I remember that!" to "Hmm, where did that come from?"
